What is your excuse for not blogging in 4 months, you pregnant or something?

OK I finally got our home computer hooked up so that I could check email. I didn't do it sooner because I was waiting for the granite to get installed in the office. That is where the modem is, so I had to download 940 emails, probably only 40 of them were not spam that gets through. I got an email that needed a response. I got chided by a sister in law that will remain unnamed, starts with sh and ends with ayla, about not blogging myself but letting Lisa do it. Here is my explanation....I moved!!!!! We moved into our new house almost a month ago, and we still are a ways to go before the house is complete. We moved in without a hot water heater, boy was that fun. Ice cold showers. Justin has never showered so fast in all the time I've known him. I love the house, we got to choose everything in the house and it has been exhausting but fun. The kids love it, they are two doors down from their best friends and loving it. I don't know if their mom is, all the kids, Conner included end up there a lot. I am working again, I like it. I got kicked out of the kindergarten this year and I am teaching 2nd, 4th, and 5th graders in reading. It makes my day hectic and I often wonder why I am doing it. I couldn't do it without Lisa, she is awesome. I got released from activities chair and I am ok with that just because I don't have to plan and carry out the christmas party. I am now the second counselor in the primary. This is my first time ever in primary since being a child. I avoided it as long as I could. It should be fun. We are big into Prop 8 too. I have made phone calls, I have stood on street corners holding signs encouraging a yes vote, and this Saturday, I will walk a precinct to hang door signs. Justin has been in New Orleans since Sunday, he will be back tomorrow. We have trunk or treat on Friday, and on Monday we will have our 7th annual halloween party. All this to explain to that unnamed sister in law why Lisa blogged for me, and I didn't for myself. Oh yeah, the keyboard to our computer for some bizarre reason freezes up the computer, so we can't type on it. There satisfied. Ha!!! Shay, I will post pics soon, they are on the home computer and in the camera. To be honest, it might not happen til Christmas, so you might see it first hand before it is on my blog.
